This guest blog post was written by Zach Schiller, a third-year interior design student at the Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham and a member of the ASID student chapter. He specializes in custom-made pieces using locally-sourced, sustainable materials (including those found at the ReStore!).
Larry Diener is a Senior Project Manager and Operational Excellence Specialist at Seqirus in Holly Springs and also an upcycle guru. We had the pleasure of meeting him at a local Earth Day event and he showed us some of his past projects.
You never know what you will find at the Wake ReStores however, you will always find unique items at bargain prices. We recently received a shipment of old, terracotta roofing tiles and they are out of the ordinary.
